Our in-house laboratory at S&P Heat Treating is where we perform all of our quality metals testing services. Through a micro hardness analysis, we ensure your products meet your specifications, and our high quality standards. Our metals testing services analysis will verify that after our heat treatment is complete, the molecular structure is precisely meeting specification.

If the microstructure of the metal is correct, we will know that it will meet the customer's specification and be able to perform correctly in the field. If our laboratory detects that the item does not have the correct microstructure, then our team of experts will determine what needs to be done to correct the issue. Once the proper corrections are made, we will perform another microstructure analysis to ensure everything is correct.
